This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Fasturtle Interactive, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our” or similar pronouns) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of gofasturtle.com or fasturtle.com (“Site”). This privacy policy applies only to the Site and all products and services offered by Fasturtle Interactive, LLC. in the United States of America only, and does not apply to the transfer of websites created, managed, owned and/or operated through the Fasturtle Toolkit, the Site, or other services provided by us.
