When you sign up for a LinkedIn company page, you’ll be assigned a URL. But those URLs contain unique identification numbers, which can make the slug look a bit sloppy. By personalizing your company page’s URL, you’ll make this web address a lot easier to remember for visitors and stick out for the right reasons. It’s fairly easy to do, as well, and will essentially serve as a redirect (which means anyone who has your old LinkedIn URL bookmarked will still be able to find your page).

Focus on Keywords
