Terms and Conditions

Support requests are billable at an hourly rate of $95/hour with a minimum 1 hour charge. After 1 hour, we bill in increments of 30 minutes at a rate of $95/hour. If you have a maintenance plan, you will not be charged until you exceed your monthly allotment.

Timeframe

Please allow 2-3 business days for support requests and standard website updates.
